A group of sisters, led by Sister Maysoun, hold a Qur’an study circle every Tuesday from 11:30am – 1:30pm at the Masjid Us-Sunnah.
The group focuses on a basic understanding of reading and reciting the Qur’an, perfecting their tajweed, as well as memorization.
Sister Maysoun has an ‘ijazah in tajweed Al Qur’an and a bacherlor’s degree in Islamic and Arabic studies.
